Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - AP in India. You will lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple ERP systems, handling document and invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and helpdesk tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

You'll ensure KPIs and SLAs are met, drive process improvements, participate in governance calls, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong accounting credentials and AP certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Finance preferred.
• Accounts Payable certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for Accounts Payable process and activities.
• Manage document handling, invoice processing, helpdesk and vendor updates.
• Ensure KPIs/SLAs are met and drive process improvements.
• Own VOC and support audits, both internal and external.
• Lead governance calls with internal/external stakeholders.

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work

Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handling

Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable.

Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal audits

Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement

Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders

Own projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
