Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - AP to lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple ERP systems. You will manage document handling, invoice processing, vendor maintenance, and helpdesk functions while ensuring adherence to KPIs and audit requirements.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, audit experience, and stakeholder management with hybrid work options in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance/commerce related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable processes and audits.
• Exposure to ERP and vendor master data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Accounts Payable operations across multiple ERP systems and manual tasks.
• Ensure document management, invoice processing, helpdesk, and vendor maintenance are compliant with KPIs/SLAs.
• Be accountable for external and internal audits and VOC metrics.
• Lead governance calls with internal/external stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects.

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work

Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handling

Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable.

Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal audits

Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement

Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders

Own projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
