Job summary

Genpact, a global leader in AI-driven business solutions, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for F&A - AP in India. You will lead Accounts Payable operations, manage end-to-end AP activities across ERP environments, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

The role requires strong AP domain knowledge, vendor management, and stakeholder communication. Hybrid work setup and opportunities for global exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Master's degree in Finance is preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable processes and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable operations for the client.
• Manage document management and invoice processing.
• Handle helpdesk, correspondence, and EDI/non-EDI trades.
• Maintain vendor master data and perform intercompany non-trade payments.
• Ensure all activities meet KPIs/SLAs and participate in audits.
• Lead governance calls with stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects.

Job Description

As a process lead, you will be responsible for Account Payables operations team, Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work Accountable for Accounts Payable process which involves activities like: Document management, Invoice processing, Helpdesk, Correspondence, Trade and Non Trade (EDI & Non-EDI), vendor maintenance, Database corrections of vendor information, Intercompany Non-Trade payments and outstanding handling Responsible for completing all activities within agreed time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met as per agreed KPIs / SLAs targets as applicable. Accountable for client VOC and successful external & internal audits Be open to work in any shift as per the business requirement Participate and lead governance calls with internal / external stakeholders Own projects and drive outcomes with multi stakeholders
