Job summary

Url Factory is seeking a Project Delivery Manager in India to lead end-to-end delivery of AI Automation, CRM, AI Voice Agent, RAG, and custom software projects. You will translate client needs into actionable scope and manage cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires strong client communication, task prioritization, and proactive risk management to ensure timely delivery and quality handover to the maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI Automation, CRM, AI Voice Agent, RAG, and Custom Software projects.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project scope, tasks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Automation Developers, Software Developers, Testing Team, and other internal teams.
• Assign tasks to team members based on project priority, workload, and required timeline.
• Monitor daily project progress and ensure all projects are completed within the committed timeline.
• Conduct daily or regular project review meetings with the development and delivery teams.
• Identify project delays, technical blockers, and resource issues and take immediate action.
• Maintain proper project documentation, workflows, timelines, and delivery status.
• Ensure all projects complete proper internal testing and quality checks before client handover.
• Coordinate client demos, training, project handover, and implementation activities.
• Manage client communication related to project progress, delivery updates, and implementation.
• Handle project changes and additional requirements with proper internal approval.
• Work closely with the Business Unit Head and Management to provide regular project status updates.
• Improve internal delivery processes, SOPs, checklists, and project management workflows.
• Ensure smooth transition of completed projects to the Support and Maintenance Team.
• Take ownership of overall project delivery quality, timeline, and client satisfaction.
