Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a dynamic technologist to spearhead teams responsible for building scalable software applications and managing client accounts. You will own projects from planning through budgeting, execution, and completion, while mentoring junior staff and driving ATDD, CI/CD, and AI-enabled workflows.

You will oversee integration efforts, enforce coding standards, and push for innovative software development methodologies across engagements in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead the development and operations of scalable software apps in a managed services setting

• Manage client relationships and expectations to deliver exceptional service
• Guide teams in Java, Python, and C#.NET for software projects

• Lead development and support engagements, accelerating practical AI adoption across software engineering workflows.
• Coordinating the integration of enterprise applications and microservices to enhance system functionality

• Facilitating business process improvement initiatives through strategic questioning and analytical thinking
