• Overseeing the implementation of application development methodologies, including Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
• Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver exceptional service and support
• Guiding teams in the use of programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET for software engineering projects
• Lead development and support engagements, accelerating practical AI adoption across software engineering workflows.
• Coordinating the integration of enterprise applications and microservices to enhance system functionality
• Conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards to maintain quality software development practices
• Facilitating business process improvement initiatives through strategic questioning and analytical thinking
• Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and software development methodologies across teams
• Confirming the integrity and security of software applications through rigorous testing and troubleshooting

What You Must Have

• At least 12 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• In lieu of a degree, individuals may be considered if they have demonstrated three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience for each missing year of college in addition to the 12 years of experience required.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
