Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead Source-to-Pay (S2P) discussions with clients as a subject matter specialist, driving process improvements and strategic solutions. Develop and deliver proposals, transformation projects, and innovative solutions to enhance S2P service offerings. Assist in implementing standardized S2P methodologies across multiple accounts to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability. Design and drive frameworks, case studies, and benchmarking tools to optimize S2P processes, improve metrics, and enhance cost efficiency. Engage with senior executives (CEO, CFO, Global Controller) to understand business challenges, perform diagnostics, and commercialize S2P solutions. Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to practice teams, ensuring successful delivery of goals and client satisfaction. Support strategic initiatives with Fortune 500 clients, including process re-engineering, shared service design, and adoption of digital tools and technologies.
