Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Front Line Manager - Supply Chain with a focus on procurement. You will lead day-to-day sourcing operations, supervise a team of procurement professionals, and ensure policy compliance while aligning with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in commerce, economics or finance; MBA or analytics master preferred.
• Experience in procurement, sourcing operations and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of AI-enabled procurement and data analytics.
• Experience leading teams and driving cost optimization initiatives.
