Job summary

Nordex India seeks a Specialist - Service Controlling to lead financial planning, reporting, and cost-control within the service domain. You will set up global revenue reporting, support budgeting, capex and FTE reporting, and prepare P&L commentary with variance analysis.

The role requires 10–15 years in FP&A, strong SAP knowledge, advanced Excel, Power BI, and VBA. Collaboration with operations and stakeholders is essential, with a focus on process improvements.

Qualifications

• M. Com, MBA Finance, CMA, CA with 10–15 years of experience (wind industry preferred).
• Proven experience in reporting and FP&A.
• SAP knowledge in S4Hana/ECC; advanced Excel skills essential; Power BI experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with operations and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Specialist - Service Controlling

YOUR TASKS:

• Set-up of global revenue-reporting
• support Revenue-planning in Budget
• Set-up of Harmonized LD-reporting (Liquidated Damage )
• Capex-Reporting
• FTE-Reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Variance Analysis Preparation of P&L report and giving commentary analysis
• Cost Analysis Executing cost transfer of Maintenance 1 (Service => PM)
• Preparation of Service-Margin-Day (PowerPoint) Ad-hoc analyses and report creation upon management request
• Support Sales calculation Tool
• Automation

YOUR PROFILE

• M. Com, MBA Finance, CMA (Qualified Cost Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant) Minimum of 10-15 yrs experience (preferably from wind industry) Proven experience in reporting and analytical experience - FP&A Good SAP knowledge in S4Hana, ECC
• Knowledge on advanced Excel
• Power Point
• VBA Macro will be added advantage
• Power BI
• Strong Interest in learning the Business & closely working with Operations team Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Advanced Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders & need to work independently. Proficient in Transition of knowledge and Standardisation, Process Improvements
