Job summary

Nordex Group is seeking an HSE Data Analyst to support global standardization and monitoring of HSE metrics. The role involves analytic review of HSE KPIs, maintaining training dashboards, and coordinating risk assessments with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in wind/hse roles, solid Excel skills, and strong stakeholder management. The role supports regional sites and seeks continuous improvement in safety programs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, PM or related field.
• 2–4 years wind industry experience is a plus.
• NEBOSH certification or equivalent HSE training.
• Experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Your Tasks

• Support in standardization & harmonization of HSE framework globally

Analyse the HSE metrics / HSE KPI monitoring and provide statistics to management for taking right measures.

Manage and update trainings key performance indicator dashboards.

Discuss and propose risk assessment by collecting, analysing similar trends of incidents and work towards ONE template standardization

Share best practices and learnings across every service points.

Manage & maintain records of all the necessary safety related trainings for site technicians and subcontractors.

Monitor HSE trainings compliance certifications and keep the system updated.

Quality analysis within the maintenance plans and reports

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management or related field
• Minimum 2-4 yrs experience ( Wind industry good-to-have)
• HSE training certification viz NEBOSH
• Proven experience in project coordination or similar role
• Strong analytical and data manipulation skills in Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Good stakeholder management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
