Job summary

FLSmidth is seeking an experienced Service Center Manager to lead service operations across India, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will manage a multi-disciplinary team of service engineers, technicians, and admin staff, oversee center performance, budgets, and KPI reporting, and collaborate with sales and project teams to align service offerings with business objectives.

  • Strong understanding of service processes, field service operations, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and drive profitability.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM, ERP, service management platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel extensively within India and occasionally internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of local Indian languages is an advantage.
