Job summary

Darwinbox Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd. invites an experienced Service Business Manager (5–10 years) to lead zonal/regional service operations.

You will oversee annual maintenance contracts (AMC) renewals, drive AMC penetration, and support the sales team with pricing and bundling strategies to grow the in-use business. Key duties include activating AMC contracts, generating MOUs, coordinating with regional managers, mentoring channel partners, resolving customer issues, and ensuring high service

Qualifications

• 5–10 years working in service business or related field.
• Experience with annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and renewals.
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams on pricing and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage service business for zonal/regional offices.
• Drive AMC renewals and penetration in respective zones.
• Facilitate sales team in AMC pricing and bundles.
• Coordinate AMC activations, MOUs, and service contracts.

• Moniter AMC claim / Conduct AMC auditregularly to control expenses , ensure service process maintaining high servicestandards .
• Zonal / Regional AMC contract in healthy.
• Resposiable for Receivables fromCustomer / Dealer towards service business ( ECS , TDS & payables )
• Reconicle amc contracts onregaular basis with respective of tenure & finacials .
• Plan for Service products Promtionalactivity across Zone / Regional office
• Coorindate with Regional Manager , AreaManagers / RSM / ASM towards sessional
• mentorChannel partner of service professionals, providing guidance, training, andsupport to achieve performance targets and objectives.
• ProvideTraining Sale team on service products on regualr intervels
