Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Server Administration or Patch Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration; Linux administration is a plus.
• Experience with patch management tools such as SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Intune, Ivanti, Tanium, BigFix, or ManageEngine.

Responsabilités

• Server Administration – Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Patch Management – Plan, test, deploy, and validate OS, application, firmware, and security patches using enterprise tools.
• Vulnerability Remediation – Review advisories, prioritize risks, and coordinate remediation.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Monitor server health, performance, logs, and resolve failures.
• Compliance & Coordination – Prepare patch compliance reports and coordinate with Security, Network, and Service teams.

We are hiring an experienced Server Administrator – Endpoint Patch Management to manage, secure, and maintain enterprise server and endpoint infrastructure. The role involves Windows/Linux server administration, patch management, vulnerability remediation, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise IT environments and hands‑on expertise with patch management tools.

Location: Chennai/ Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Server Administration – Administer, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.
• Patch Management – Plan, test, schedule, deploy, and validate OS, application, firmware, and security patches using tools such as SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Intune, Ivanti, Tanium, or BigFix.
• Vulnerability Remediation – Review security advisories and vulnerability reports, prioritize critical/high‑risk vulnerabilities, and coordinate timely remediation.
• Monitoring & Troubleshooting – Monitor server health, performance, disk utilization, services, event logs, availability, and resolve patch or system‑related failures.
• Compliance & Coordination – Prepare patch compliance, exception, RCA, and audit reports while coordinating with Security, Network, Application, Service Desk, and Business teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Server Administration, Infrastructure Operations, Endpoint Management, or Patch Management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server administration; Linux administration is an added advantage.
• Experience with SCCM/MECM, WSUS, Intune, Ivanti, Tanium, BigFix, ManageEngine, or equivalent patch management tools.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, VMware/Hyper‑V, endpoint security, backup, and monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, CVSS, ITIL, change management, incident management, compliance reporting, and basic scripting using PowerShell/Bash.
