Job summary

Healthkart in Gurgaon is seeking a Network & Server Administrator to manage enterprise network, server, virtualization, and security infrastructure across multiple locations supporting 2000+ users.

The role covers LAN/WAN, FortiGate firewalls, Windows Server, Linux, Proxmox/VMware, backups, and monitoring tools like PRTG or Zabbix. You will implement security controls and coordinate with vendors to ensure high availability.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Network/System/Infrastructure Administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, DNS & DHCP.
• Administer FortiGate Firewalls, VPN, security policies, IPS/IDS and web filtering.
• Manage Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, GPO, and core IT services.
• Manage Proxmox/VMware virtualization, VMs, clusters, HA and storage.
• Handle backup, restore and disaster recovery using Veeam/Commvault/PBS or similar.
• Monitor infrastructure using PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix or similar tools.
• Implement system hardening, patching, MFA, NAC and security controls.
• Support Cloudflare ZTNA and DLP solutions.
• Troubleshoot P1/P2 incidents and coordinate with vendors/ISPs.
• Maintain network documentation, SOPs, asset inventory and audit evidence.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Network & Server Administrator to manage and support enterprise network, server, virtualization, and security infrastructure across multiple locations supporting 2000+ users.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, routing, switching, wireless, DNS & DHCP.
• Administer FortiGate Firewalls, VPN, security policies, IPS/IDS and web filtering.
• Manage Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, GPO, and core IT services.
• Manage Proxmox/VMware virtualization, VMs, clusters, HA and storage.
• Handle backup, restore and disaster recovery using Veeam/Commvault/PBS or similar.

• Good knowledge of Linux and virtualization (Proxmox/VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Wireshark and network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of backup/DR, security hardening and ITIL.

Preferred Certifications:
