Job summary

The Third Place @ KP in Pune is seeking a full-time on-site Server to deliver attentive table service and guest experiences. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders and smooth service.

Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, handling payments, and maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. You will collaborate with hosting, kitchen, and management teams to sustain a welcoming, well-run dining area.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Server role is based in the Pune Division and centers on providing attentive and efficient table service to guests. The Server greets guests, presents menus, takes orders accurately, and communicates them to the kitchen and bar. The role includes serving food and beverages, checking in with guests, answering questions about the menu, and handling payments and receipts. The Server maintains cleanliness and organization in the dining area, resets tables, and follows hygiene and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with the hosting, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in billing and familiarity with POS systems.
