WebIndia Inc. is seeking an SEO Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis to independently own and drive SEO outcomes for international clients. This remote, individual-contributor role requires immediate joiner and self-sufficiency, managing SEO end-to-end from strategy to execution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1.5 years hands-on SEO experience.
• Comfortable with US and UK shift timing.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience managing lead generation SEO projects.
• Proficient in Local SEO (GMB) and E-commerce SEO.
• Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO strategy.
• Hands-on experience with AI/SEO automation tools beyond basic chatbots.

Role Overview

We are seeking an SEO Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis to independently own and drive SEO outcomes for our international clients. This is a remote, individual-contributor role for a professional who can manage SEO end-to-end, from strategy through execution, with minimal supervision. We are only looking for an immediate joiner.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the complete SEO lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to international clients across diverse industries and markets.
• Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities in alignment with defined project objectives.
• Manage lead generation SEO projects with a clear focus on traffic growth, keyword ranking improvements, and conversion outcomes.
• Oversee Local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile (GMB) optimisation, alongside E-commerce SEO projects.
• Build and maintain a consistent, quality-driven link-building pipeline.
• Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and technical SEO health on an ongoing basis, addressing issues as they arise.
• Utilise Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant SEO tools to evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Apply AI and automation tools effectively to support keyword research, content planning, analysis, reporting, and overall workflow efficiency.

Must-Have Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of hands-on SEO experience.

• Strong working knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Demonstrated experience managing lead generation SEO projects.
• Practical experience with Local SEO (including GMB) and E-commerce SEO.

• Expertise in keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO strategy development.
• Substantial hands-on experience with AI and SEO automation tools, extending beyond basic chatbot usage, with comfort using AI to accelerate research, analysis, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to take complete ownership of projects and work independently.
