Job summary

Ranking Bell is seeking an SEO Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to scale our organic growth through strategic outreach, collaborations, and brand partnerships. This full‑stack role involves discovering new websites, running targeted outreach campaigns, and securing high-authority guest posts and brand mentions for long-term growth.

You’ll work with our SEO team, gaining exposure to advanced SEO, outreach, and content marketing systems that drive real results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in SEO outreach, preferably in an agency.
• Ability to identify and qualify prospects across SaaS and B2B niches.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new outreach opportunities across SaaS categories.
• Build prospect lists and clean contact data using research tools.
• Run outreach campaigns for guest posts, link exchanges, brand mentions, and content partnerships.
• Track outreach activity in ClickUp and Google Sheets to measure progress.

We’re looking for an SEO Outreach & Partnerships Specialist to help us scale our organic growth engine through strategic outreach, collaborations, and brand partnerships.

This is a full-stack outreach role where you’ll go beyond basic link building. You’ll be in charge of discovering new websites, running targeted outreach campaigns, and bringing in high-authority guest post, link building and brand mention opportunities — not for a quota, but for long-term growth.

You’ll work directly with our SEO team and get deep exposure to advanced SEO, outreach, and content marketing systems that drive real results.

Eligibility Criteria

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO outreach (agency experience preferred)
• Are proficient with tools like Ahrefs, Apollo, Hunter, Saleshandy, Instantly, and ClickUp
• Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Know how to find and qualify prospects across SaaS and B2B niches
• Can write outreach emails that get responses without sounding robotic or spammy
• Are organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Have a learner’s mindset and actively explore new tools or workflows

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Identifying and qualifying new outreach opportunities across SaaS categories
• Using research and tools to build prospect lists and clean contact data
• Running outreach campaigns for guest posts, link exchange partnerships, brand mentions, and content partnerships
• Tracking all outreach and partnership activity using ClickUp and Google Sheets to measure progress.
