P.Labs Ventures in Mumbai is seeking an experienced SEO leader with 8–15 years of proven experience to strategize and execute advanced optimization across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO. You will mentor writers and juniors, ensure content quality and brand alignment, and collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Build and implement advanced SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Team Management: Mentor and guide content writers and junior SEO executives to deliver optimized content aligned with client goals.
• Content Oversight: Review and audit content to ensure originality, SEO optimization, and adherence to brand/client requirements.
• Technical SEO: Conduct audits, resolve crawl errors, optimize site speed, site structure, and schema markup, ensuring mobile and accessibility compliance.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor SEO metrics, provide detailed reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
• Link-Building & Authority: Develop sustainable link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and rankings.
• Client Engagement: Act as the SEO SPOC for clients, presenting strategies, updates, and performance reviews.
• Local SEO: Manage and optimize local SEO efforts for client businesses.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers and designers to address technical issues impacting SEO performance.
