Job summary

Pharmizza Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in Mumbai (Marol-Andheri) is seeking a Team Leader - SEO to drive our search performance. You will lead a talented SEO team, define strategies, and collaborate with content, design, and development to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of SEO experience, 3–4 years in a leadership role, and strong proficiency with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4. Pharma/healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 5–6 years total SEO experience; 3–4 years as SEO Team Leader.
• Expertise in On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO.

• Strong communication, leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the SEO team to deliver high-quality results.

• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits.
• Optimize content, landing pages and blogs for SERP rankings.

ROLE : Team Leader - SEO

LOCATION : Mumbai (Marol-Andheri)

WORKING DAYS : Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO).
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for better SERP ranking.
• Manage link-building strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor key metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for SEO improvements.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends.
• Prepare detailed monthly SEO performance reports.

SKILL REQUIRED & QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 3–4 years’ experience as an SEO Team Leader.
• Total SEO experience of 5–6 years.
• Expertise in On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO.
• Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Pharma or Healthcare industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to train and guide junior SEO team members.
