Job summary

Acture Media in Mumbai, India is seeking an experienced SEO Manager with 5+ years to lead our SEO team, shape client strategies, and drive measurable organic growth.

You will develop and execute SEO plans, mentor staff, coordinate across client accounts, perform audits, monitor KPIs, and report actionable insights to keep campaigns aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience managing and mentoring an SEO team.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and local SEO.
• Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, traffic, and lead generation.

• Manage multiple client accounts and act as the key point of contact for SEO-related requirements.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, technical SEO audits, and content gap analysis.

• Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
• Analyze SEO performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
• Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and work with developers and content teams to resolve them.
• Set KPIs for the SEO team and track individual and overall team performance.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, strategy discussions, and monthly reviews.
• Ensure SEO campaigns are aligned with client business goals and deliver measurable results.
