Job summary

SYNERGOS is seeking a sharp, results-driven SEO manager to own strategy, lead a team, and manage client relationships in a fast-paced agency environment located in Bengaluru. You will drive end-to-end SEO, mentor analysts, run audits, oversee content and link-building, and present performance insights to clients while contributing to new business pitches and upsell opportunities.

Ideal candidates bring 4-7 years of SEO experience (agency preferred), proven leadership and client management

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proven team leadership and client management skills.
• Proficiency in SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA, and Search Console.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Bonus: HTML/CSS knowledge, CMS experience, or a background in content/performance marketing.
