We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented SEO Executive / SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, technical SEO, and Google Analytics.

You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, increasing website traffic, and supporting overall SEO performance across multiple websites and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
• Perform on-page SEO optimization, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify website issues affecting search performance.
• Manage off-page SEO activities, including link building and backlink analysis.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improving search visibility.
• Work with content teams to create SEO-friendly website content and blogs.
• Optimize websites for local SEO and Google Business Profile where required.
• Identify and resolve crawling, indexing, sitemap, robots.txt, canonical, and other technical SEO issues.
• Use SEO tools to analyze website performance and generate regular reports.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and the latest SEO best practices.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
• Understanding of HTML and basic website structure.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
• Experience working with WordPress websites is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO reporting and performance analysis.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
