Job summary

VTech Serve is seeking a motivated SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. You will boost organic visibility and rankings through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

Responsibilities include keyword research, content optimization, technical audits with developers, and local SEO initiatives to improve local search presence. You will monitor performance with Google Analytics and Search Console, preparing actionable reports and staying updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Ubersuggest.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimize website content, metadata, URLs, internal linking, and page structure for improved search engine visibility, perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve website issues, implement ethical link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks, monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools, track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights, optimize website speed, mobile usability, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience, collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages, support local SEO initiatives including Google Business Profile optimization and local citations, stay up to date with Google's algorithm changes and SEO best practices, and work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure websites comply with search engine guidelines while driving sustainable organic traffic and lead generation.
