Drive organic growth for 20+ clients — humanize AI-generated content, optimize on-page elements, build quality backlinks, and establish a strong technical SEO foundation for our growing B2B digital consulting brand in Bihar.

We are looking for an SEO Executive who brings genuine human creativity to content — someone who can take an AI-assisted draft and transform it into deeply engaging, search-optimised content that ranks and converts.

This is a hands‑on, collaborative role where you will work closely with our internal team across CS Groups Consultation and CS Groups Main Website — two B2B consulting properties that need strong organic presence.

What you'll do

• Take AI-generated content drafts and convert them into high‑quality, human‑first, SEO‑optimised blogs and articles
• Collaborate with the internal content team to add depth, real insight, and strategic keyword placement to every piece
• Publish and manage content across the website and LinkedIn Articles
• Revamp existing service pages through competitor research, copy improvement, and full on‑page optimisation
• Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, heading structures (H1, H2, H3), and internal linking
• Build and monitor quality backlinks — track DA, placement, and performance over time
• Manage Google Search Console — monitor technical health, keyword rankings, and indexing issues
• Develop and execute Off‑Page SEO strategies tailored for B2B consulting brands
• Deliver monthly performance reports covering traffic metrics, keyword movements, backlinks acquired, and recommendations
• Work within a time‑based workflow — tasks allocated weekly with clear turnaround expectations

What we're looking for

A day in this role

• Morning: Review daily tasks, check Google Search Console for alerts or ranking drops
• Midday: Work on content humanization, on‑page optimisations, or service page revamps
• Evening: Update task progress, share work for internal review, coordinate with the team
