Job summary

IIDE is seeking an SEO Content Lead to craft clear, engaging, and well-researched content across blogs, website copy, PRs, guest posts, and case studies. You will guide junior writers, coordinate with the SEO and Growth teams, and ensure content meets quality standards.

You will manage topics, briefs, and deadlines while employing AI tools for research, ensuring originality and human review, and optimizing onsite content for higher lead conversion. This role is based in Mumbai at IIDE’s offices.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of content writing or editing experience.
• Excellent written English, research, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Working understanding of SEO content, keywords, search intent, and internal linking.
• Experience guiding junior writers or interns and managing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit SEO-optimised content, including blogs, website copy, PR articles, guest posts, reports, case studies, and marketing copy.
• Research topics and create clear, accurate content that follows Googles Helpful Content and E-E-A-T guidelines.
• Manage junior writers and interns by assigning topics, creating briefs, reviewing their work, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Work with the SEO team on keywords, search intent, content gaps, on-page SEO, and content performance.
• Use AI tools for research and ideation while ensuring all content is original, accurate, and human-reviewed.
• Optimize the onsite content for better lead conversion rates.

Work Timings: 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday, with the 1st and 3rd Saturdays working
Location: Lower Parel/Andheri, Mumbai

Requirements

Must Have

Good to Have

• Experience in education, edtech, digital marketing, AI, or another content-led industry.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console.
• Experience using WordPress, Strapi, or AI content tools.
