Entropik, a Human Insights AI company, seeks a hands-on SEO specialist to own the organic growth funnel across Google, YouTube and AI-enabled search. You’ll set the SEO and AEO strategy, review data-driven briefs, and collaborate with marketing leadership, content and web teams. Success is measured by organic pipeline and quality signals.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, early-stage SaaS environment, optimizing technical SEO, on-page elements, content briefs and backlinks to drive measurable results.

Formación

• 2-4 years hands-on SEO in an early stage B2B SaaS startup.
• Expert-level Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Strong technical SEO: redirects, schema and Core Web Vitals.
• Working knowledge of AEO and structured data.
• Comfort with GA4, attribution and UTM frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Run technical SEO audits and implement fixes.
• Perform keyword research and feed content plan.
• Optimize on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions and section-level keyword briefs for key pages.
• Write SEO briefs for every blog post, including topic clusters such as AI Agents.
• Design the internal linking architecture.
• Plan backlink and off-page strategy, and run outreach once it’s approved.
• Manage link hygiene and the disavow file.
• Optimize YouTube titles, descriptions and tags.
• Manage local SEO and the Google Business Profile.
• Run quarterly content audits and decide what to refresh, merge or prune.
• Plan and optimise bottom-funnel and comparison pages.
• Run SEO gap analyses, including competitor gap tracking with the competitive intelligence team.
• Own the monthly SEO report and scorecard: rankings, organic pipeline and AI citations

You’ll own how buyers find Entropik, whether through Google, YouTube or AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. You’ll set the SEO and AEO strategy, write the briefs and back your decisions with data. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, content, the web team and competitive intelligence. Success is measured in organic pipeline, not just traffic.

What you’ll do

SEO

• Run technical SEO audits and work with the web team to get fixes shipped
• Do keyword research (volume, keyword difficulty, SERP analysis) and recommend targets to feed the content plan
• Optimise on-page SEO: titles, meta descriptions and section-level keyword briefs for key pages
• Write SEO briefs for every blog post, including topic clusters such as AI Agents
• Design the internal linking architecture
• Plan backlink and off-page strategy, and run outreach once it’s approved

• Track AI citations and share of voice across AI search engines every month
• Make content AI-ready by proposing answer structures, schema markup and FAQ formats

Analytics

• Own GA4 and attribution, and Google traffic growth along with them
• Govern UTMs and attribute pipeline to its sources
• Monitor domain health, covering both the site health score and email sending-domain health
• Audit Core Web Vitals and give developers prioritised fixes

What we're looking for
