Job summary

Scaleup Tech is seeking an SEO Executive with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, AEO and GEO to independently plan and execute strategies that improve organic visibility, rankings, qualified traffic and conversions. You will manage On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO while collaborating with content and development teams.

You will monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs and Screaming Frog, and stay updated with Google algorithm changes and AI-driven search

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of practical SEO experience.
• Strong knowledge of On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO.
• Working knowledge of AEO and GEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
• Good understanding of Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, crawling and indexing.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, AEO and GEO. The candidate should be capable of independently planning and executing strategies to improve organic visibility, rankings, qualified traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies across multiple websites.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent analysis.
• Manage On-Page, Technical and Off-Page SEO activities.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues related to crawling, indexing, website structure and performance.
• Optimize website content, internal linking, metadata, URLs and structured data.
• Develop AEO strategies to improve visibility in Featured Snippets, People Also Ask and answer-focused search results.
• Implement GEO strategies to improve brand visibility and representation across AI-powered search and generative engines.
• Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other relevant tools.
• Track rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions and other SEO KPIs.
• Analyse competitors and identify new growth opportunities.
• Work with content and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, AEO and GEO trends.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of practical SEO experience.
