This full-time role emphasizes collaboration with marketing and agency partners to deliver measurable results. Ideal candidates have strong SEO tool knowledge, CMS experience, and familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SEO.
• In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices.
• Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in multiple CMS environment.
• Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery etc)
• Agency exposure to BFSI sector would be an added advantage though not a limitation.

Responsibilities

• Website management, search engine optimization and analytics
• Lead web marketing and analytics activities with content strategy, link building and keyword strategy
• Develop a strategy for the improvement of organic search ranking and ROI
• Prioritize keywords to attract target audience
• Monitor and analyze SEO statistics such as redirects, click rate, bounce rate and others
• Develop and build link building campaigns
• Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across major search channels to improve rankings
• Cultivation of leads and sales
• Build systems and best practices to ensure content is optimal for SEO
• Manage relationships with agencies to implement SEO best practices in coding and campaigns
• Communicate the performance of process improvement to the Marketing team
