Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Lead and mentor the SEO team, set KPIs, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, Content, and Local SEO initiatives.
• Drive growth in organic traffic, rankings, visibility, leads, and conversions.
• Conduct competitor, keyword, technical, and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Content, Development, Performance Marketing, and other teams for SEO implementation.
• Manage key clients, present performance reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other relevant tools.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, AI search, and emerging SEO trends.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of relevant SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Content SEO.
• Proven experience in team leadership and client management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect SEO performance with business and revenue outcomes.
