Job summary

Desire Consultancy Service seeks a seasoned Wind Energy Lead to oversee mechanical erection testing, cold/hot commissioning, and grid synchronization of multi-megawatt WTGs in Karnataka. You will supervise heavy crane operations and ensure electrical/hydraulic system validation during OEM commissioning.

8+ years of wind energy execution experience with 3MW+ platforms is required. Hands-on crane rigging, heights work, and on-site leadership are essential to ensure safe, compliant project

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in wind energy execution with WTG erection and commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with multi-megawatt (3MW+) wind turbine platforms.
