Job summary

Saxo Bank in Gurugram (On Site) seeks an experienced IT professional to manage Exchange Online/Server in a hybrid environment. You will ensure mail flow, configure connectors and transport rules, and monitor health via SCOM/Microsoft portals.

The role emphasizes automation with PowerShell, certificate/TLS management, and end-user support for Outlook/OWA. You will also handle mailbox management, EOP/Defender protections, and Keepit backups, while collaborating with the endpoint team on devices

Qualifications

• 6 to 12 years in IT with 3 to 4 years on Exchange
• Strong troubleshooting for mail flow, Outlook connectivity, Autodiscover, OAB and calendars
• Comfortable with EOP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS and DNS
• PowerShell for day to day automation
• Clear communication and solid documentation

Responsibilities

• Automate routine work with PowerShell and keep clear runbooks
• Help the endpoint team with device onboarding, app packaging, RDS and jumphosts, WSUS patching, printing and Always On VPN
