Job summary

Ericsson in India is seeking a Senior infra system expert to manage and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, including Exchange on-prem and cloud services like Office 365 and Azure AD. The role emphasizes hybrid identity, tenant migrations, and security governance, with a focus on incident resolution and cross-functional collaboration.

You will mentor junior engineers, develop automation scripts, and ensure best-practice ITIL compliance for service delivery and project support.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Administration, including user, license, and tenant management.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange administration and migration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Experience configuring and managing Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity synchronization.
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting to automate administrative and operational tasks.
• Knowledge of Azure Information Protection for data classification and information security.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management to secure privileged accounts and access.
• Familiar with ITIL processes and ServiceNow for IT service management and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
• Configure email security, retention policies, spam protection, and encryption.
• Collaborate with leads, teams, vendors, and cross-functional groups for project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide Level 3 engineering support.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to process improvements.
• Follow ITIL processes, change management, and security best practices.

• Administer can manage Exchange on-prem, Active directory, Azure AD, Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, & Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, SSO, SAML, and Identity & Access Management.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
• Configure email security, retention policies, spam protection, and message encryption.
• Collaborate with leads, team member, vendors, and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide Level 3 engineering support.
