Job summary

EY India, part of EY Global Delivery Services, seeks a Senior WFS Consultant to lead payroll-related Workforce Software implementations and advisory services. You will collaborate with the People Consulting team to deliver end-to-end payroll transformation for global clients across US, LATAM, and EMEA, while ensuring policy compliance and proactive client engagement.

The role requires deep experience in Workforce Software, payroll platforms, and strong communication, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Workforce Software Implementations.
• Minimum 4 years in global payroll advisory or delivery models.
• Workforce Software Certifications PT101 and PT102 (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in configuration and integration using Policy Editor.
• Experience with US/ LATAM/EMEA clients and global payroll vendors.
• FPC/CPP/PMP or payroll certs are advantageous.
• Experience with ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist in testing cycles, data validation, issue resolution, and production support.

We are looking for Senior Consultants with expertise in Payroll to join the People Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in the growth of the People Consulting team.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Workforce Software modules in line with business requirements
• Perform end‑to‑end configuration for core processes, policy profiles, and business process frameworks
• Assist in testing cycles, data validation, issue resolution, and production support
• Ensure compliance with regional policies and organizational standards
• Drive effective client communication and delivery cadence; build strong relationships with clients and project counterparts across global locations
• Proactively manage risks and ensure excellent client and stakeholder feedback

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in Workforce Software Implementations
• Minimum 4 years of experience in global payroll advisory or global payroll delivery models
• Workforce Software Certifications: PT101 – Workforce Software Fundamentals (Mandatory) PT102 – Workforce Software T&A Configuration Certification (Mandatory)
• Proven hands‑on experience in Workforce Software configuration and integration activities using the Workforce Policy Editor
• Strong functional understanding of Workforce Software business processes
• Experience working with global clients across US, LATAM, and EMEA regions
• Experience managing Exempt and Non‑Exempt employee policy profiles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Client‑focused mindset with attention to detail
• Ideally, you’ll also have Expertise in creating SOPs, global process documentation, work instructions, and control narratives
• Active involvement in end‑to‑end payroll implementation, transformation, or stabilization programs
• Exposure to workforce or HR transformation initiatives enabled by cloud and digital technologies
• Experience in policy reviews, current‑state payroll assessments, vendor evaluations and selections, global payroll process design, and implementation support
• Hands‑on experience in payroll automation initiatives including RPA, workflow automation, and exception management
• Working knowledge of global payroll platforms such as ADP (GlobalView, Workforce Now), SAP, Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft products, with participation in multi‑workstream global transformation programs
• FPC, CPP, PMP or other payroll related certifications will be an added advantage
• Experience working closely with global payroll vendors such as ADP, SAP, Workday and third‑party payroll providers
