Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Workday Specialist to configure and maintain multiple Workday modules, including recruiting, benefits, and compensation. You will troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure data accuracy across HR processes.

You will develop training materials, gather stakeholder requirements, and translate business needs into effective Workday solutions. The role involves creating reports and dashboards and collaborating with HR and IT on projects, testing, and change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Workday modules such as recruiting, benefits, and compensation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in Workday.

• Configure and maintain Workday modules (e.g., recruiting, benefits, compensation).

• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
• Support HR and other business units on Workday-related projects.
• Participate in project planning, execution, and testing.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders for smooth operations and implementations.
• Communicate system changes and updates to users.
