As Delivery Leader, you will own discovery through hypercare, drive scalability, reduce technical debt, and communicate with executives.

• Champion enterprise-wide adoption and executive alignment across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT.
• Own technical debt reduction and maintainability of integration landscapes.
