Job summary

Ashley Global Capability Center in Chennai, India, is seeking a WMS support specialist to troubleshoot warehouse applications and optimize RF workflows. You will handle modules like Receiving, Putaway, and Shipping, and support RF scanners, WMS integrations, and automation interfaces.

You will perform API troubleshooting, monitor SQL performance, and use AI tools for log analysis and anomaly detection, while producing SOPs and knowledge transfer materials.
