Job summary

Puretech Digital is seeking a Senior Visualizer to transform briefs into polished visual assets and contribute actively to ideation. You will report to the Art Director and collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to deliver high-quality campaigns across digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years of visual design experience, a standout portfolio, and advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in visual design, creative design, or visualization (agency/studio background preferred).
• A strong portfolio showing high-quality execution and emerging conceptual thinking.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Solid grasp of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and digital-first design principles.
• Working knowledge of AI creative tools for concepting and production.
• Good communication skills - comfortable presenting and discussing your work.

Responsibilities

• Design digital campaigns, social media creatives, websites, presentations, performance marketing assets, banners, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain high standards across typography, composition, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Use AI-assisted tools for ideation, references, mock-ups, and asset creation.
• Contribute ideas and visual directions during brainstorming and campaign ideation.
• Translate briefs into strong, on-brand visual narratives and develop multiple creative routes.
• Work closely with the Art Director, copywriters, strategists, and account managers; present your work and explain design choices within the team.
• Manage your own projects from concept through final execution, with AD guidance on direction.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Visualizer who can bring strong craft and growing conceptual thinking to campaign work. You'll take briefs and turn them into polished, high-quality visual assets - while actively contributing ideas during ideation and brainstorming, not just executing what's handed to you. You'll report to the Art Director and work closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams.

What You'll Do

Execution (core focus)

• Design digital campaigns, social media creatives, websites, presentations, performance marketing assets, banners, and other marketing collateral
• Maintain high standards across typography, composition, layout, branding, and visual storytelling
• Use AI-assisted tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, or similar) for ideation, references, mock‑ups, and asset creation

Concept Contribution

• Contribute ideas and visual directions during brainstorming and campaign ideation
• Translate briefs into strong, on-brand visual narratives
• Develop multiple creative routes when needed
• Work closely with the Art Director, copywriters, strategists, and account managers
• Present your work and explain design choices within the team
• Manage your own projects from concept through final execution, with AD guidance on direction

What We're Looking For
