Job summary

SRV Media in Pune is seeking a Senior Visualizer to translate creative concepts into compelling visual designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites and branding. You will lead the design process from concept to execution and ensure brand consistency across outputs.

Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams, mentor junior designers, stay current with design trends, and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 36+ years of experience in a creative/design role.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and branding.
• Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Lead the design process from concept to execution.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual outputs.
• Create designs for: Social media creatives, Ad campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.), Website layouts and landing pages, Emailers and banners.
• Mentor junior designers and review their work.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
