You will own design and video editing tasks from concept through delivery, collaborating with copywriters and marketers, managing multiple projects with strong typography and storytelling. A solid portfolio demonstrating proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma is required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in visual design, motion graphics, and video editing (agency or in-house).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating proficiency in visual design, video editing, and motion graphics work.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital collateral, including web/social graphics, display ads, presentation decks, and marketing assets.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity standards across all visual touchpoints, ensuring consistency and polish.
• Translate complex concepts into clean, visually engaging infographics and layouts.
• Edit short- and long-form video content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube), web, and paid campaigns.
• Conceptualize, storyboard, and execute 2D motion graphics, animated logos, kinetic typography, and visual transitions.
• Perform audio mixing, color correction, sound design, and footage pacing to elevate video quality.
• Partner closely with copywriters, marketers, and creative directors to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual narratives.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from concept to final delivery, meeting deadlines consistently.
• Organize and archive project files, raw assets, and final deliverables systematically.

We are looking for a versatile, creative Mid-Level Visual & Motion Designer who thrives at the intersection of static design, video editing, and motion graphics. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across digital platforms—creating everything from sleek brand assets and marketing collateral to high-engagement social video content and dynamic animated graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design

Design high-quality digital collateral, including web/social graphics, display ads, presentation decks, and marketing assets.

Requirements & Qualifications

Software Mastery:

Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Figma: Proficient in layout, UI assets, and digital asset handoff.

Core Skills:

Solid mastery of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).

Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, anticipation, kinetic typography).

Knowledge of video formats, compression standards, and aspect ratios optimized for various platforms.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Receptive to constructive feedback and quick to iterate on creative ideas.

Self-motivated with exceptional time-management skills.

Bonus Points

Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender).

Basic knowledge of AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Firefly) for workflow acceleration.

Experience shooting video or operating basic studio camera/lighting equipment.
