Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Visual Designer to join our brand team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience designing across multiple platforms and formats and is passionate about creating visually stunning, strategically aligned designs that elevate brand identity and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Design & Execution: Conceptualize and design high-impact visuals across print, digital/web, audio-visual, social media, and other communication platforms. Develop visually consistent and engaging brand assets that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with content, marketing, and copy teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into compelling visual stories. Contribute to ideation sessions and proactively share innovative design ideas.
• Brand Alignment: Maintain design consistency across all touchpoints by adhering to brand guidelines while innovating within the framework. Elevate the brand's visual identity through bold, fresh, and strategic visual approaches.
• Project & Feedback Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Incorporate feedback effectively and iterate design outputs based on internal and external inputs.
• Innovation & Trends: Stay current with design trends, tools, motion graphics, and technologies to bring a fresh perspective to the creative process.

Education & Skill Set Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Commercial Arts, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Familiarity with UI principles and basic application knowledge is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Blender, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Deep understanding of print production techniques and color application standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of campaign design, product design, digital creatives, motion graphics, and event collateral.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present and justify design choices.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of taking full ownership of design responsibilities.
