Rajender Prasad is seeking a Senior Video Editor & Graphics Designer based in Noida (Sector 127) to lead post-production for podcasts and digital media. You will shape visual branding and deliver monthly content across long-form episodes, promotional trailers, and short reels.

You should be fluent in English, with advanced editing in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and AI-assisted workflows. The role combines creative storytelling with brand-ready graphics and fast, accurate delivery

Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools to speed up editing and asset generation.

We Are Hiring: Senior Video Editor & Graphics Designer (Podcast & Digital Media)

Location: Noida (Sector 127) | On-site

Are you a visual storyteller who knows how to make executive-level content stand out on social media?

We are a newly launched business podcast platform hosting insightful conversations with top-tier CEOs, business leaders, industry titans, senior bankers, and retired senior government officials.

We are looking for an experienced Video Editor & Graphics Designer based in Noida (Sect. 127) to drive our post-production and creative visual branding.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables (Monthly KPIs):

• Long-Form Content: Edit 12 to 13 full podcast episodes per month, including high-converting promotional trailers and teaser clips.
• Short-Form Content: Produce 5 to 8 high-impact short reels/shorts per podcast episode
• Targeting 3 to 4 short-form reels daily across platforms excluding reels from podcasts.
• Graphics & Branding: Create custom, brand-aligned thumbnails, lower thirds, title graphics, carousel graphics, and promotional banners.
• AI Integration: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to speed up editing workflows, generate relevant visual assets, and enhance video quality.

Requirements & Technical Skills:

• Editing Software: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro (FCP).
• Graphic Design: Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop (Canva/Illustrator is a plus).
• AI Capabilities: Hands-on experience with AI photo/video generation and productivity tools.
• Pacing & Typography: Excellent command over audio mixing, color grading, visual framing, graphic overlays, and dynamic subtitle design suited for C-suite audiences.
• English Proficiency: High fluency in written and spoken English to seamlessly process narrative cuts and executive interview content.
