Job summary

M2M in Noida Sector 121, Delhi NCR, is seeking a full-time on-site Video Editor to own podcast and short-form video output, from full episodes to reels that grow our reach.

You will collaborate with social media and content teams, applying AI-driven workflows for B-roll, visuals, hooks, and captions, while delivering edits on tight deadlines. Fluent Hindi/Hinglish is a plus and strong thumbnail skills help amplify impact.

Qualifications

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience editing podcasts, long-form YouTube videos, and short-form reels.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using AI video tools (Google Flow, Higgsfield) and with Gemini/ChatGPT for generative tasks.
• Strong eye for hooks, pacing, and retention for social clips.

Responsibilities

• Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube: multi-camera sync, cuts, audio clean-up, colour, lower thirds, intros and outros
• Find strongest moments in every podcast and cut into clips and reels for Instagram and YouTube Shorts
• Edit reels with hooks, captions, B-roll, sound design, and pacing to hold attention to the end
• Use generative AI tools to create B-roll, visuals, transitions, scripts, hooks, captions, and speed up the edit
• Create YouTube thumbnails and reel covers (a strong plus)
• Keep project files organized and deliver every piece in the right formats and sizes for each platform
• Work closely with the social media and content teams, take feedback well, and turn edits around on time

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role at our Sector 121, Noida office. You will own podcast and short-form video output, from full episodes to the clips and reels that grow our reach.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Edit full podcast episodes for YouTube: multi-camera sync, cuts, audio clean-up, colour, lower thirds, intros and outros

• Ability to handle several deliverables a day and meet deadlines
