Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on podcast editing experience.
• Expertise in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with Illustrator is a plus.
• Proficiency in Telugu and English (spoken, written).
• Ability to manage end-to-end podcast production independently.
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce podcasts from raw footage to final delivery with consistency and quality.
• Manage end-to-end podcast production workflows including audio-video sync and color correction.
• Coordinate daily with the editing team to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
• Create dynamic trailer cuts and short-form content for social media from long-form episodes.

This position is critical to our content strategy, ensuring high-quality, visually compelling videos that enhance storytelling, drive audience engagement, and align with brand objectives. The ideal candidate will manage the full production lifecycle—from editing and synchronization to graphics integration and final delivery—while collaborating across creative, content, and marketing teams. With a strong command of editing tools and a passion for visual storytelling, you’ll help shape the visual identity of our podcasts and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our digital presence.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality podcast episodes from raw footage to final delivery, ensuring consistency and professional standards.
  
• Manage end-to-end podcast production workflows, including audio-video synchronization, color correction, motion graphics integration, and final exports.
  
• Coordinate daily with the editing team to monitor progress, meet deadlines, and uphold quality benchmarks.
  
• Create dynamic trailer cuts and short-form content (e.g., Reels) optimized for social media from long-form podcast episodes.
  
• Apply motion graphics, visual effects, and storytelling techniques to boost viewer engagement and content retention.
  
• Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to align video output with campaign goals and brand messaging.
  
• Contribute original creative ideas to enhance content quality, narrative flow, and audience impact.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1yr -3years of hands-on experience in video editing, with a proven track record in podcast-style and long-form content production.
  
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and motion graphics tools.
  
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  
• Proficiency in both Telugu and English (spoken, written, and reading).
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end podcast production independently and efficiently.
  
• Strong creative vision with excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition skills.
  
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as media houses, content production studios, or digital marketing agencies.
  
• A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in podcast, long-form, corporate, or documentary-style video editing.
  

Based on the candidate's performance, the CTC would range between 5 LPA to 7 LPA.
