Job summary

letsbeco.com is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join the Brand and Marketing team. You will primarily edit long-form videos for YouTube, while contributing Shorts/Reels when needed.

The role requires experience across comedy content, UGC, interviews, product demos, and lifestyle edits, with basic animation and sound design capabilities. You will work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds and iterative feedback, bringing strong storytelling and timing to every project.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of editing long- and short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience editing comedy, UGC, interviews, product demos, and lifestyle content.
• Basic knowledge of sound design, mixing and colour correction.
• Basic animation experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube content with strong narrative structure, pacing, and viewer retention in mind.
• Contribute to Shorts and Reels as needed, adapting long-form footage or shooting fresh content for short attention spans.
• Edit across formats including comedy content, UGC, interviews, product demos, and lifestyle content.
• Apply basic animation, sound design and mixing, and colour correction to elevate final output.
• Bring a strong sense of storytelling, comedic timing, and visual pacing to every edit.
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timelines and iterative feedback.

We're looking for a Senior Video Editor to join the Brand and Marketing team. This person will primarily edit long-form videos for YouTube, while also contributing short-form edits (Shorts, Reels) on a case-by-case basis.

• Familiarity with current social media trends, meme culture, and viral content formats, with the ability to create engaging hooks, fast-paced edits, and graphics.
