The Video Editor should have a strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, color correction, sound design, and current editing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos.
• Create videos for social media, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Add graphics, transitions, captions, music, sound effects, and visual effects as needed.
• Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final quality checks.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop creative concepts.
• Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Organize and maintain video files and project assets.
• Meet project deadlines while managing multiple editing assignments.
• Stay updated on video editing techniques, software, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
• Excellent storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience editing short-form content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of camera operation and lighting.
• Experience with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
