Job summary

Fynd is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to craft compelling videos that showcase the brand, products, and campaigns. You will work on podcasts, event highlights, social media campaigns, and product showcases for leading retail brands.

This fast-paced role requires proficiency in video editing software, motion graphics, color grading, and sound design, with the ability to adapt content for different platforms and audiences. Office-based, five days a week in India.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro.
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Able to edit across long-form and short-form videos for multiple formats.
• Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent storytelling and keen attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication and feedback skills.

About The Role

We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Video Editor to join our growing team of storytellers and designers. As a Video Editor, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling videos that showcase Fynd's brand, products, and campaigns. You'll work on a wide range of projects, from podcasts and event highlights to social media campaigns and product showcase videos for leading retail brands. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about creating high-quality content that captivates and engages audiences.

• AI-Driven Content Creation: Utilize AI-based video editing tools for faster workflows, advanced visual effects, and content automation. Stay updated on the latest AI innovations in video production to enhance creativity and efficiency.
• Creative Problem Solver: Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, sound effects, color grading, and other visual elements to create a dynamic viewing experience.
• Social Media Savvy: Adapt videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring optimal format, length, and style for maximum engagement.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align video content with business goals and campaign objectives.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with the latest video editing techniques, social media trends, and emerging storytelling formats to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Quality & Detail Focused: Conduct thorough quality control on all video content, ensuring that each piece is error-free and meets creative expectations.

Some Specific Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant video editing software.
• Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design.
• Ability to edit across multiple formats: long-form content (e.g., podcasts) and short-form videos (e.g., social media).
• Basic graphic design knowledge is a plus.
