Job summary

Fynd is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team of thinkers and doers. You will guard our visual identity and conceptually design a wide range of marketing materials, from social graphics to website banners and emails, ensuring top-notch quality.

You will bring 2+ years of visual design experience with a strong portfolio, expert-level Adobe Creative Suite skills, and a passion for storytelling through visuals. This role is based in Mumbai with an in-office five-day-a-week culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of visual design experience with emphasis on graphic design and illustrations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence in digital design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and other design tools.
• In-depth knowledge of graphics design, layout, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to present ideas to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure strict adherence to Fynd's brand guidelines across all design projects.
• Conceptualise and execute innovative design solutions for marketing materials (social, websites, banners, emails, illustrations).
• Craft impactful visuals that tell a compelling story aligned with target audiences.
• Juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams for brand consistency.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on all design deliverables and provide constructive feedback.
• Refine existing designs based on stakeholder input and feedback.
• Incorporate generative AI design tools to keep work on-brand and production-ready.

You'll be the guardian of our visual identity, making sure everything that goes out reflects Fynd's unique personality.Creative Powerhouse: Conceptualise and execute innovative design solutions for a variety of marketing materials, both on and off the app/product. This could include social media graphics, website banners, email campaigns, illustrations, and more.Visual Storyteller: A master of crafting impactful visuals that tell a compelling story and resonate with Fynd's target audience. This includes expertise in illustration styles that complement your design approach.Deadline Daredevil: You'll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, all while meeting tight deadlines. Think on your feet and produce high-quality work under pressure.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Embrace a collaborative spirit and be open to learning from other departments.Quality Czar: Conduct thorough quality control checks on all design deliverables. Offer constructive feedback and support team members during the creative process.Visionary Tweaks: Refine existing designs based on stakeholder input and feedback. Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure all visuals align with campaign goals.AI accelerated design: Incorporate generative AI design tools into your daily workflow to keep creative work on-brand, consistent, production-ready, and continuously evolving.Some specific Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in visual design with emphasis on graphic design and illustrations.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence and proficiency in digital design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) and other relevant design tools.
• In depth knowledge and expertise with graphics design, layout, and typography.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
