Role Description The Senior Video Editor will lead the end-to-end editing process for brand campaigns, social media content, documentaries, and other digital video projects. This full-time on-site role, based in Indore, involves collaborating closely with creative directors, copywriters, and social media teams to shape compelling visual narratives that align with client strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and editing raw footage, applying color grading, integrating motion graphics and visual elements, and ensuring high-quality sound and pacing. The Senior Video Editor will also oversee versioning for different platforms, maintain brand consistency, manage project timelines, and mentor junior editors to uphold best practices in video production.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and end-to-end post-production workflows.
• Candidates should possess advanced Video Editing skills, including storytelling, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Video Color Grading and visual enhancement techniques.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics integration for digital and social content.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Experience creating content for social media, branded films, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret briefs and brand guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams on-site.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead video editing role within an agency or production environment is preferred.
• Relevant educational background in film, media, communication, or a related field is an advantage.
