We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to take our video storytelling to the next level. In this role, you will not only edit videos but also shape the visual identity, storytelling style, and overall quality of our content. You’ll work closely with our content creators, researchers, and cinematographers to deliver videos that are crisp, creative, and impactful.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end post-production process, from raw footage to polished, publish-ready content.
• Edit high-quality, engaging videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
• Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, typography, and visual effects to maintain a premium look and feel.
• Collaborate with Content Writers, Researchers, and Cinematographers to align on scripts, pacing, and narrative flow.
• Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior editors, ensuring consistency and growth within the editing team.
• Manage timelines efficiently to deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
• Experiment with new editing trends, formats, and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Leverage AI-powered tools like Runway ML, Adobe Sensei, Topaz Video AI, Descript, and Magisto to improve efficiency and output.
• Uphold Beebom’s brand style, visual tone, and quality standards across all content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior/editorial role.
• Strong proficiency in Final Cut Pro (FCPX); knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in visual rhythm, pacing, transitions, color correction, and sound design.
• Experience in creating and integrating motion graphics, titles, and visual effects.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted editing workflows (Adobe Sensei, Runway, Descript, etc.).
• Proven ability to mentor and lead junior editors while maintaining collaborative teamwork.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Interest in consumer technology and internet trends is a strong advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-output environment while managing multiple projects.
