Job summary

Airlearn is seeking a creative Video Producer & Editor to craft engaging content across YouTube, Instagram, performance marketing, and in-app learning platforms. You will manage projects from concept to final delivery and collaborate with the creative team on scripts and shot plans.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, strong Premiere Pro skills, and familiarity with After Effects, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite. A portfolio is required and AI-powered tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation.
• Portfolio showcasing video editing and content production work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and shot plans.
• Support on-set production to ensure smooth execution and maintain creative quality.
• Edit long-form and short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram, performance marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Craft compelling stories through pacing, music, sound design, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio cleanup, and final exports.
• Organize and manage footage, project assets, and editing timelines to maintain an efficient post-production workflow.
• Collaborate with designers and motion graphic artists to integrate graphics and animations where required.
• Review edits, incorporate feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with content, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content on time.
• Stay updated with social media trends, editing techniques, and emerging AI-powered creative tools to enhance content quality and production efficiency.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in video production, editing, or digital content creation.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, composition, and content optimized for digital platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Higgsfield, or similar) is a plus.
• A portfolio showcasing video editing and content production work is required.
